Leadership and attracting drivers…

The correlation between leadership and an efficient cost structure is strong. The correlation between energy efficient driving, thus lower CO2 emissions, are even stronger. As a very important spin off comes driver satisfaction – the industry is soon faced with driver shortage and vital factor to attract drivers is good leadership. We need to develop drivers as manufacturing has with operators for a long time now. Drivers wants to develop and create a career, drivers also want to be measures and benchmarked to the best performers in the industry. Drivers got an enormous potential to contribute to lower cost, pollution and higher customer satisfaction.
